Dualtron Ultra 2 Raffle!
Raffle Rules:
1. Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals who are legal residents of the country where Warpspeed Scooters operates and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Warpspeed Scooters are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry: To enter the raffle, participants must visit warpspeedscooters.com and click on the "apparel" section. Participants must then purchase any one of the available shirts from the website. Each shirt purchase will count as one entry into the raffle. Multiple entries are allowed, provided that each entry is associated with a separate shirt purchase.
3. Raffle Period: The raffle period begins on the date specified by Warpspeed Scooters and ends on the date specified by Warpspeed Scooters. All entries must be received within this period to be eligible.
4. Prize: The prize is a brand new Dualtron Ultra 2 electric scooter, as described on the Warpspeed Scooters website. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the raffle period. The drawing will be conducted by Warpspeed Scooters or its designated representative. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. The winner will be required to respond within a specified time period, as determined by Warpspeed Scooters, to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond within the designated time, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Discount Offer: Participants who do not win the raffle will receive a discount of 10% off any purchase on the Warpspeed Scooters website. The discount is valid for a limited time and up to a maximum value of $500.
8. Taxes and Fees: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with the prize. Warpspeed Scooters will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the winner.
9. Publicity: By entering the raffle, participants agree to allow Warpspeed Scooters to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions: Warpspeed Scooters reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond their control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the
raffle. Warpspeed Scooters also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these rules or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
11. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the raffle, participants agree to release and hold harmless Warpspeed Scooters, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or relating to the raffle or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
12. Governing Law: The raffle and these rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Warpspeed Scooters operates.
