Returns/Exchanges
DAMAGED PACKAGING OR DAMAGED PRODUCT:
Please inspect your product immediately when it arrives. If you notice any damage to the exterior packaging or to the product itself, you should contact us immediately by phone at 1-888-761-WARP or email at Info@WarpSpeedScooters.com. We will partner with you to take the necessary steps to rectify the issue.
CANCELLATION WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ORDERING:
If you would like to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price. Please contact us immediately by phone at 1-888-761-WARP or email at Info@WarpSpeedScooters.com.
CANCELLATION AFTER 48 HOURS OF ORDERING: If you cancel your order after 48 hours of placing it, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus a $100 restocking fee, as long as your order HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED. Please contact us immediately by phone at 1-888-761-WARP or email at Info@WarpSpeedScooters.com.
If you wish to cancel your order, and it has already been shipped, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus a $100 restocking fee AND you will be responsible for paying the fees associated with shipping the product back to us. In order for you to receive your partial refund, the product must be shipped back to us in its original packaging, in its original condition (unused), and shipped by a reputable shipping company that has packed the product for you, using protective exterior packaging. The package must be tracked and insured for the amount of the full purchase price in order for you to receive your partial refund.
RETURNS:
Once you receive your product, you have 10 business days to return it. If you decide to return it and the exterior packaging is UNOPENED and the product is UNUSED, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee, once we have received the returned product. PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for paying the fees associated with shipping the product back to us. In order for you to receive your partial refund, the product must be shipped back to us in its original packaging, in its original condition (unused), and shipped by a reputable shipping company that has packed the product for you, using protective exterior packaging. The package must be tracked and insured for the amount of the full purchase price in order for you to receive your partial refund.
If the product packaging is OPENED (and the product is unused) and you wish to return it, you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee, once we have received the returned product. PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for paying the fees associated with shipping the product back to us. In order for you to receive your partial refund, the product must be shipped back to us in its original packaging, in its original condition (unused), and shipped by a reputable shipping company that has packed the product for you, using protective exterior packaging. The package must be tracked and insured for the amount of the full purchase price in order for you to receive your partial refund.
USED PRODUCTS:
If the the product HAS BEEN USED, there will be no return honored and no refund issued. We do not accept returns if products have been used.
